Alleged Armed Robbery Leads to Man’s Remand

A 33-year-old man named Stanley Julius has been remanded in a corrections center on allegations of armed robbery by the Kaduna Chief Magistrates’ Court. Julius, who resides in Ungwan Sarki Malali, Kaduna and is currently unemployed, is facing charges of conspiracy, robbery, and unlawful possession of stolen property brought by the police. The Magistrate handling the case, Ibrahim Emmanuel, did not allow Julius to enter a plea. The case has been adjourned until May 22 for mention and to receive legal advice from the state Director of Public Prosecution, DPP.
