Naval Training Command HQ Moves from Lagos to Rivers

Relocation of the Naval Training Command headquarters from Lagos to Onne in Rivers State has been disclosed by the Nigerian Navy. During a visit to the Rivers State Governor, Siminalayi Fubara, at Government House in Port Harcourt, Vice Admiral Emmanuel Ikechukwu Ogalla, the Chief of Naval Staff, made this announcement. Vice Admiral Ogalla stated that the purpose of his visit was three-fold.
