US denies involvement in Israel’s retaliation bombing of Iran
The United States has made clear that it was not part of the retaliatory strike on Iran carried out by Israel.

A senior US official shared with CNN that Israel had communicated its plans to retaliate against Iran to the US, but it was not approved by the US.
"We did not endorse the retaliation," stated the official as reported by CNN.
