According to Lagos FRSC, 111 road crashes and 17 deaths were registered in three months

In the initial quarter of 2024, the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) Lagos State Command documented 111 Road Traffic Crashes (RTC). Babatunde Farinloye, the Sector Commander, made this revelation during a press briefing held in Lagos on Tuesday. Within the period under review, a total of 535 individuals were involved in these road accidents, with 17 fatalities reported. Farinloye noted, “We had a total of 179 casualties, comprising 162 injured persons and 17 fatalities.
